At Werking Communication, media training is led by two seasoned professionals who know how the media works and how to help you thrive in it. Dr. Jo Ellen Werking Weedman, a former journalist and communication professor, combines strategic storytelling expertise with a deep understanding of public relations. Emmy Award-winning journalist Claire Kopsky brings more than a decade of on-air reporting and newsroom experience, helping clients avoid common media pitfalls and deliver with poise and purpose. Together, they offer practical, story-first coaching that equips leaders, executives, and teams to navigate high-stakes interviews, press moments, and public appearances with confidence and clarity.
