  • Researching and planning your presentation. Making sure that you are able to communicate the most information within the time limit that you have. Let me help you plan and organize your content to most effectively communicate your message in any setting or under any time limit. 

  • Preparing for different formats including persuasive (sales, advocacy, fundraising), informative (awareness building, teaching), commemorative and tribute (toast, awards, celebration, retirement, etc).

  • Practicing and coaching to help you to manage your stress and feel prepared for the event or occasion. Identifying and bringing awareness to nervous habits (ex. saying “like” or nervous gestures).
